Uh, David Trimble was 1st team AP all-state at DB. He wasn’t all Big 9 on your list?
The AP vote came out after ours. He wasn’t 1st team on our list no. Nothing against the kid at all. We picked our list and feel confident about who we included. Very high praise by the AP voters indeed! I was surprised to see that actually, but the kid is as deserving as any.
I hope he takes full advantage of the exposure and nabs a nice scholarship somewhere. We will certainly be keeping an eye on his. He’s very athletic and does not look like your average Sophomore, that’s for sure.
No David Trimble? Apparently the AP pays a little more attention to the games.
We did not see every game that Davis played, this is true. Trimble is a very good player and will be one of the top players to watch for next year no doubt! He should be able to capitalize on the exposure of an AP ranking. I think Davis should be very competitive next year!
